AFTERNOON WORKSHOP St Paul's Church Thursday 20 February 2.30pm-5pm Kay Hare presents The Benefits of Essential Oils for a toxic free lifestyleThis is a presentation of Young Living essential oils. Would you like to learn how to kick chemicals out of your home? In herone hour workshop, Kay willgive you an easy step by step guide to simple and affordable ways to do this, using the best essential oils on the planetHer workshop will change your attitude to your lifestyle. In a single day, most of us apply 300 chemicals to our bodies -80 of them before breakfast! Most come from four sources : soap, makeup, shampoo, and hair care products. The biggest pollutants in our home are fabric softener, dryer sheets, air freshener plug-ins and candles. You are poisoning yourself and your family every day with the stuff with unpronounceable names inside the products you use -your bright blue dishwashingliquid, the cleaner you use for your kitchen counters, not to mention the gremlins lurking inside processed food, and more! Health and safety data only exist for 15% of chemicals in common use, even though many are known to cause asthma or endocrinal abnormalities. Essential oils are a better way; they are totally pure, steam distilled or cold pressed from pure plants. There is nothing in them but that one oil, whether it be lemon, tangerine, lavender, peppermint, or any other. There are a millionuses for essential oils : in cleaning products, personal care items such as toothpaste and deodorants or oil-diffused nutritional supplements.Come along and, over a cup of tea or coffeewith cake
