Lunch at the new Lycée Rainier III
BAM members will recall that in the past, we used to book lunches at the Monaco Hotel school, where the students cook, serve, and attend to visitors in the restaurant Cordon D’Or. 

The school has now been renamed Lycee Rainier III in recognition of the Centenary of Prince Rainier III. 

BAM have organised a table for 10  on Friday 23rd February at 12:15 for 12:30. Having English speaking guests is a great help to the students as they train to enter the commercial world. 

The menu is as follows:
 
Broad beans, poached eggs and red pepper coulis
Salmon with sorrel, spinach and pilaf
Chocolate Royal 

The price of 35€ includes aperitif, three course meal, wine and coffee/tea
